Usage

ice_fase(tr, sc_celltypes, total_time, root_time = 0, theta = 0)

Arguments

tr

a phylogenetic tree of the "phylo" type

sc_celltypes

either a named character vector specifying types for each row in the cell_mat or a function to be applied to the rownames of the character matrix

total_time

time at sample collection since barcode activation

theta

depracated parameters always set to zero
